Filter Types
Oil Filters
Complete processing of lubricating oil filters, with recovery of metal, filter paper, and residual oil for re-refining.
Fuel Filters
Processing of fuel filters (gasoline, diesel, and ethanol), separating and recycling all components.
Air Filters
Processing of automotive air filters, with recovery of the filter element and metal or plastic housing.
Process
Collection and Receiving
Used filters are collected from workshops, auto centers, industries, etc., and transported to our processing facility in Valinhos/SP.
Oil Draining
Residual oil is drained and sent to re-refining companies, returning to the production cycle as lubricating oil.
Shredding and Separation
Filters are shredded and materials are separated into metals and non-metals, liquids and solids.
Component Recycling
Each material goes to the appropriate recycling chain: steel industry (metal), paper industry (cellulose), and co-processing (rubber).
Certification
Issuance of final disposal certificates and detailed reports proving environmentally correct disposal.
